Breh male lions barely do anything except lounge and occasionally fight other males who be lounging around all day

Tigers, male and female, do it all. Their own heavy lifting. Own hunting. Own fighting against other prime hunters.

If you wanted a fairer fight between tiger and lion it would have to be a female lion and she would lose just based off being smaller and weaker naturally
