Father's new EP Come Outside We Not Gone Jump You has the kinda production you're looking for throughout the project. Honestly Father in general has that production you're looking for lol his EP Hu$band is also loaded with it.

There are auto-tune hooks though so I'm not sure how you're gonna feel about it. But these particular songs are solid so I'd recommend just giving them a shot if you want wavy/mysterious beats.

They sound like lullabies at times, but they're bangers

If you're cool with just wavy/mysterious production I highly recommend Rome Fortune's album FREEk. You might have heard of Rome if you were a fan of Awful Records. They kinda fall in line in regards to debauchery and hedonism if that's what you like. These two tracks from that Rome album are 10/10.
