maybe in some cases but i’d take a DSA candidate over a dem so what’s really good electorally

i honestly feel like good organizing is possible with most leftist orgs even if it doesn’t fit your ideology perfectly

some are def on bullshit and need to be called out but it’s not like one org in this state is going to be moving the same in another due to leadership

idk given america’s history i feel like it’s smooth brained to think a widely supported communist party is about to spring up out of nowhere

like all this middle work in the mean time to get there isn’t just going to go away but i’d rather be about it than keep typing

that being said anytime a left party funnels energy toward the dems i think it’s a misstep for sure and of course the DSA can do that but i don’t limit them to only doing that

i would rather have a lot more DS candidates get elected to the house than dems

anything that inches us closer to any chance of anything is better than nothing although

electoral politics is obv extremely limiting for progress esp in this country
