Black culture is much more than the hyperbolic capitalistic symbols portrayed in some music videos. She’s not criticizing “black culture”, she’s pointing out a contradiction between her banal, boring lifestyle as a middle class girl and the extravagant aesthetics of a certain kind of rap.
She’s saying that this dissonance is alienating because we’re all being sold an inaccessible dream (turns out it wasn’t really inaccessible for her but success is also a matter of luck and circumstances).
