Random Laker thoughts :

• took Ham a game and a half, but he started playing AD at the 4 spot. More Wood minutes. Hayes can be An asset too, he's a great rim protector, and can board. We legit have talent and size this year, maybe not in years past

• I hope Gabe Vincent isn't the next Kendrick Nunn. Another PG who produced in the Heats system then struggles in LA. This was the move I questioned and wished we kept Dennis. Dennis played with fire and wasn't scared of the moment. He also played defense.

• we need to slow the game down. One our better players is nearly 40. LOL older player in the league. our championship year, we had a great half court defense. when you play fast, your defense doesn't get set. this is an advantage to the young athletic teams. I would slow the game down and impose size. Wood/Hayes, AD, Lebron front court

• Reaves / DLO - I'll give this backcourt 10 games to get chemistry. But both these guys need the ball in their hands to play their game. Both are below average defenders. Reaves can be average and DLO is playing better. Lebron coast on defense too. See if it clicks in the first 10 games, or else kick one to a 6th man role and add in a 3/D defender (Cam/Max).

• RUI, DLO AND REAVES- are the players who can put this team over the top. We need to have clear define roles for all 3. RUI being in the doghouse is BS coaching.
