I absolutely love Reddish's defense and think it's All-NBA worthy, but where has his off the dribble creation been? Wasn't that what he was touted for? It's like if it's not a wide open spot up 3, he looks indecisive.

And don't get me started on Vando, love the defense, but it's not good enough to make up for his liability on offense, not even close and I don't think he'll ever develop any kind of offensive game.

The lineup change is an overreaction

I know Ham felt pressured to make a change with the losing streak and I feel for him but you can't have Vando and Cam in the starting lineup.

He needs to either go with the lineup that got us to the WCF:

DLO, Reaves, Vando, Bron, AD (you can switch Prince and Reaves)

or

Go back to the lineup that played well in the IST

DLO, Prince, Cam, Bron, AD

If we win tomorrow at Charlotte, Good chance he keeps that awful lineup

Vando can't be traded for 6 months, which means Lakers can't move him this season.

Murray would be nice but I don't want to lose Rui

Darvin Ham said that with the lack of practice time, sometimes you need to work on certain alignments and strategies during games. They’ve been doing that the last few games particularly with switching on defense.

That lineup is just not going to work unless AD, Cam, or Vando starting hitting 3s at high volume. Is it possible? Sure, but I don't think any of them will consistently do it, they might have a hot shooting month here and there
