Donovan Mitchell
Trae Young
Dejounte Murray
Lakers would lose Rui, Austin Reaves, and a bunch of picks just to get one of them
Inserting Rui changed this team and Austin Reaves has one of the best contracts in the league when you consider his production.
Are any of these players that we give up for Austin and Rui gonna put the Lakers over the top ??
Trading for a star also has to make sense.
Those are the 3 options and I would add Zach Levine.. his stock is down, so right now would be the time to try to get him. I think the other 3 are better but Levine would eat off all those open looks from Lebron and ADā¦. Heās like a more athletic and defensively capable DLo. I wouldnāt trade the farm for him. DLO future first or something like that. DLO just sucks defensivelyā¦. Reaves isnāt that good either, one has to go. Iāll rather keep Reaves.
lebron 41 minutes?
LeBron James says he'll be ready to go on Sunday despite playing 41 minutes tonight.
Shoulda kept Pippen JR too. Rob sucks as a GM
hindsight is 20/20
also he can do whatever he wants on that dogshit team

Exactly lol
Ham really closed with Prince as a ādefenderā when Prince did so much in the 3rd to help us

You could've grabbed a random fan in the stand and he would score against DLO

I'd lose all 3 for 1 of those names
Rui is cool but still too inconsistent and I'm not sure how he'll do in playoff series not against young teams

SPJ was a proven product, getting triple doubles in college and leading his team in points and/or assists a good amount of the time they needed
Rob, as with most the other GM's, are terrible talent evaluators

what bro lol
Rui has been consistent since February when he was inserted into the starting lineup.
Lakers have had a top 3 offense since then.
He also performed well against Denver in the playoffs.

February only a month and a half ago, and I trust no player that pouts on the bench and in interviews then gets into the game and not shoot
Rui scores but he doesn't rebound well, protect the rim, or shoot the 3. Him and Kuzma was lowkey less of a lateral move because they do much of the same, except Kuz is a better playmaker and rebounder
And instead of having Rui and Vando it'll be better to have a good big back up

Rui is shooting 42% from 3
What do you mean he doesn't shoot the 3?
Austin Reaves feels Sunday will be a good test for the Lakers leading into the Play-In and the playoffs.
"It's the best time of the year, in my opinion."

a proven product that went undrafted lol
also saw you say Rui canāt shoot threes soooo iām good on this argument

He only shooting 3 a game. That's not enough next to Bron and AD
He does what Kevin Love used to do all the time, which is the pump fake one dribble pull up mid range. Kev learned to take that lateral dribble to get more 3 point attempts and Rui hasn't done that with his game with his average/below average playmaking skills hurts the offense
It's bad enough everybody stop cutting to watch Bron

It's better to go undrafted than the 2nd round and the NBA GM's aren't the best talent evaluators. They prioritize age
And I didn't say he can't shoot, I said he doesn't shoot
Rui Hachimura called this one of the āworst games of the seasonā against the Grizzlies. He said the Lakers were āmessing aroundā and this canāt happen again.
Anthony Davis on the standings: "We just have to do our job... We control what we control and that's winning a basketball game on Sunday and we'll see what happens from there."
Warriors lose to the Pelicans.
The Lakers regain control of their own destiny. If they win on Sunday, theyāll be guaranteed to finish no worse than 9th in the West.
