    We should go hard after Beal. He can bounce back next to Luka

    Kick Reaves to a super 6th man role

    Bagley = Godwin see yah
    Beal = Shake Milton see yah

    I think we should waive Shake and Godwin

    Shake = another big. Go get Wiseman or Bagley - we can't really expect a 40 year old man Lebron to play 82 games. We still only have 3 bigs. go get another big that can push Hayes for playing. A serious NBA big could maybe make Hayes play smart....

    Shake = Bagley

    then leave on spot open for maybe Beal - that would be our main target for the last open spot... would be hard to get him but we can try. If we fail, we could bring in another vet for the minimum before training camp. Thats how I would handle the roster. Godwin was useless in the playoffs. I like him, but I would kick him down to a 2 way.

    Godwin = Beal or a better vet

    Feel like we need a dog like Godwin at the end of the bench

    I think he is alright. But isn't he suppose to be this defensive ace - Ant Edwards dominated the series and Godwin did nothing....I think Godwin could have a decent career but theres a few better options in my opinion. I would rather have David Roddy for example, just waived

    Godwin is the typical end of the roster hustle player. He’s what Bronny could potential become. Both undersized try hard 2guards, who are suppose to be lock down defenders. We ain’t cutting Bronny so I would move on from Godwin and keep developing Bronny

    Jake LaRavia, who grew up in Indianapolis but was born in Pasadena, said his dad was on the "verge of tears" when he found out Jake was signing with the Lakers.

  • Jul 8, 2025

    “I’m pretty versatile on both sides of the ball,” added LaRavia. “Being able to space the floor, playing off guys like LeBron, Luka and Austin.

    And then defensively just being able to take on that toughest matchup is something that I’ve been growing on as my years have gone on.

    But I think I’ll fit right in as that 3 and D connector type player on this team. I’m excited to grow and develop here.”

  • Jul 8, 2025

    LaRavia said he loves to hoop: "I play hard - I give it my all every night.

    Whether I’m making shots or missing shots, the one thing I can control every game is bringing that energy ...

    I’ve always been that type of player that doesn’t give up on plays. I just love basketball."

    Ayton on playing with Luka and LeBron:

    "They both average about 9 assists over their career span, and just the type of players they create with their teammates.

    They turn them into superstars, they make them bigger than their roles, they make them very important on the floor.

    Just seeing that and finally getting the chance to go in and experience that would be big for me.

    Just getting me back to my full form of how I used to play, you know, coming up and being a part of the (NBA) Finals.

    It’s those playmakers I’m used to having around me that’s leading to wins."
