If he signs, he's probably the last big on the depth chart. He still is a big body, high IQ, rebounds, can make secondary reads, is a pick and pop option which we did not have at all from any big last season, and lastly he provides leadership. This is all for the minimum.

Did you read what I said? He's going to be the 14th-15th man, there's no need to have to trust him in a playoff game. And quite frankly, even at 40, I'd trust Kevin Love over Jaxson Hayes in a playoff game.

He should've done this last offseason but Ayton fell in his lap so I get it but now it's the time.

Honestly all the centers that Lakers are rumored to be targeting aren't realistic (Kessler, Duren, etc.)

I used to love Nic when I thought he was gonna be a playmaker. I still like him but I'd hate to overpay for him

but Rob was willing to trade a pick, Knecht and a pick swap for Mark Williams. Claxton shouldn't be too expensive to get. I would offer the 25th pick or even the 2031 first + Knecht.

If we could somehow get Sharpe or Josh Minott (athletic stretch 4) in the same deal, it would be great.

Nic Claxton, Jarret Allen, Ke'el Ware, Daniel Gafford are the 4 centers that I see as being somewhat realistic to trade for and fit with Luka

If we don't get a real starting center this season, then we're definitely not winning anything this year.

Jarret Allen is the one getting $30 million a year. Allen is making $28 million this year, $30 million next year, and then $32 million in 2028-2029.

Lowkey think that Rob just decided to say f*** it, I'll do it all myself this offseason after the main guy he was hoping to get decided to stay in Philly.

Apparently Rob has been hyping this offseason to Luka's camp for a while so now it's all on him. There's no excuse.

If he doesn't deliver, then he definitely should be in the hot seat.
