  • "The Cleveland Cavaliers also continue to have interest in Kuminga, league sources told ESPN. Kuminga has a high level of comfort with Cavaliers coach Kenny Atkinson, who coached Kuminga during his first three NBA seasons as a lead assistant for the Golden State Warriors.

The Cavaliers, however, are currently wrapped in the LeBron James sweepstakes, leaving the Lakers as the most aggressive pursuer prior to the James domino falling.

The Sacramento Kings, who strongly pursued Kuminga last summer, have checked back on Kuminga's interest level but are handcuffed financially and would need to execute a sign-and-trade to lure him, which they have so far been hesitant to discuss."

    Looney provides:

    • Elite offensive rebounding

    • Good passing

    • High IQ

    • Great screens

    I'm not mad at this

    Luka / Sexton
    Austin / Grimes / Carr
    LaRavia / Kuminga
    Sandro / Vando
    Kessler / Looney

Hate the fact that we still have Vando, Bronny, and Dalton on the team and are making room for Kuminga and Grimes

I think it's a C. Kessler should play 36 a minute, Looney use to be a good defender and rebounder. for a back up playing 12-15ish minutes, its average... only fair to name his negatives too... offers nothing on offense, not rim protector, not athletic, is aging. He could easily just be washed. Great A move like 5 years ago, now it's a low risk move. It's a back up at the the end of the day. I give it a C grade. Could be a good role player or washed. I think we need another big tho. Walker coming off injury and we don't have anyone else over 6'10

  • Lakers signed LOONEY???? Just when I thought they couldn’t get any less athletic, shoulda just kept Hayes at this point smh

that starting lineup is all white and no defense. we need to balance it out more

    C- Kessler - Looney
    F- Luka - Sandro
    F- LaRavia - Vandy
    G- Grimes- Carr
    G- Reaves - Sexton

    others: Adou, Knecht, Bronny, Hardy

thoughts: I think the starting lineup would need Grimes defensive in the back court to guard the other teams best guard. He can space the floor, he's like a younger Smart. LaRavia is okay on defense, he need to be locked in the gym on his jumper. Vandy is not good in my opinion, I could see Adou or Knecht take his spot in the rotation if he starts off slow. We might need Carr to play early as a rookie. I can see Carr and Hardy compete for that backup SG spot. one more roster move could be for another wing defender or 7 footer. I would be trying to dump Vandy and Bronny for open roster spots. We only have 1 spot left

That’s what I meant, Cavs even holding a roster spot for him in case LeBron comes so it’s practically a done deal lol
