Bruh both of our losses to the Clippers came down to 2 bad quarters, that’s literally all it was. We had the Christmas game in the bag more than opening night too since that one came down to the last possession. Not to mention the Clippers were already an established good team that were in the playoffs the previous year with essentially the same players and they already had chemistry, meanwhile the Lakers team was essentially brand new aside from Bron, KCP, Rondo and Mcgee, playing a brand new system. Also opening night all we were doing was force feeding AD which just didn’t work.

However I think our losses to them only made us better to the point that we finally figured out how to beat them, even though the gap to learn how was never big. All it’s been is the media hyping them up and like I said, 2 bad quarters is what made us lose. I’m confident now as well

I've given Kuzma as hard a time as any, but yesterday he performed in the role he should be playing. Take shots in the scheme of the offence, if they fall they fall, but don't force anything and throw yourself and the offence out of whack... and more importantly, move your damn feet on defence.

His ability to crash the boards and cut are so much more valuable when he isn't trying to create his own shot.

It is going to be interesting if he can find those opportunities with Waiters breaking down the defence.
