Yeah I was reading we have his early bird rights so he can re-sign with us multi-year for more annually
If we want to still have flexibility for 2021 the 2nd year could be non-guaranteed

And again, teams strapped for cash outside of like 6 destinations this offseason and only 2 of them are real playoff contenders
He doesn't strike as a guy who's in it just for the money, but with his resume he wouldn't mind getting EXTRA money while still being in contention

True. He probably figures with the way he played in the playoffs and the fact that we won that he can persuade them into paying him a bit more

Lavine probably isn’t an option as he’d f*** up cap space for 2021, same thing with Heild I think?
