I rather AD build chemistry with a constant attacking/shooting threat like Nunn who has experience lobbing/passing out of pnr with Adebayo

but I can see Vogel leaning into the rondo chemistry (which is overvalued imo)

bazemore and bradley both play incredible defense and are serviceable on offense, now pair that with bron and AD and that's a pretty tough defensive starting 4. idk who id put in that fifth starting spot...

Westbrook isn’t being traded or benched so it’s Westbrook. Actually wouldn’t mind that lineup if he still wanted to play AD at C until ariza and THT get back

i feel like that lineup keeps the floor stretched and gives you 3-4 fairly consistent outside shooters, while keeping westbrook as the wild card that can knock them down occasionally

My thoughts on new players

Jordan- was meh. Still a lot better than Gasol who couldn’t jump last year

Bazemore- solid pickup. He’s a younger more athletic Wes matthews. We needed a more athletic wing in Wes spot. Suns wings just seemed so much more athletic last year in the playoffs

Westbrook- looked horrible. Hopefully he improves

Dwight - looked like his old self. Solid back up center

Melo- looks like an upgrade to Morris. Solid pickup for the bench

Rondo- man just knows how to control the game. Caruso, THT, Schroeder are were combo guards and you can tell a difference with a real point. Going be hard to take his minutes when Nunn comes back

Monk- didn’t really make an impact. I expect him to be more assertive in the future. We need his athletic ability out there

Bradley- actually looked good. If he can do his role of 3 and D . Remember we lost our main pg defender in Caruso and Schroeder wasn’t bad on defense. Russ and Rondo are old, old guys don’t play as intense defense. I can see Bradley value
