I've seen Joerger's name floated and he's actually a great coach but I'm not sure how he is health wise (just had a comeback from a bad battle with cancer)

Also I get why Vogel had to go and he for sure wasn't at his best this year/made mistakes but a lot of those terrible rotations came from bad roster construction

How would you rank the roster needs and do you have any ideas of who you'd go after? Legit been thinking about this on and off all morning

youth, we need young two-way players and a coach that will actually play them. front office is going to need to utilize the g league and undrafted players

on a sidenote: if a healthy ad and lebron could drag vogel to winning a championship then a healthy ad and lebron can for damn sure drag mark jackson to the finals too or at least contender status

I know this year got a sour taste on everything but Vogel was a big part of that championship run. He's a legitimately great defensive coach and Bron/AD gave him a lot of credit for giving the team an identity on that front that was strong enough to be their foundation. Kept the team afloat last year too even though Bron and AD missed a lot of time together but the roster made a lot more sense then.

Lakers get Jackson and he's dragging this team back to hell. Considering all the asset/roster limitations, the team has to be a plus in other areas (ie organizationally, coaching, health) to make up the difference
