    Eyyy up, was on a weight loss and gym plan but now I’m bedridden due to a broken kneecap

    Can you lose weight whilst mainly bedridden/immobile? If so, how? I don’t know how to calculate how many calories I would need if I’m doing nada. At all

  • Weight loss is super simple.

    Calories in, calories out.

    So, Consume less calories.

    I do Intermittent Fasting and I went from 220 lbs to 160.

    It’s hard at first but once you get used to it, it’s satisfying!

  • It’s also about lifestyle change & changing your habits.

    It’s not a temporary thing
