Can you lose weight whilst mainly bedridden/immobile? If so, how? I don’t know how to calculate how many calories I would need if I’m doing nada. At all

So, Consume less calories.
I do Intermittent Fasting and I went from 220 lbs to 160.
It’s hard at first but once you get used to it, it’s satisfying!
