Can someone explain swarm episode. Was a bit confused with that conversation at the end
The whole last half of “The Very Pulse of the Machine” gave me goosebumps holyy
Best episodes were Jibaro, very pulse of a machine, night of the mini dead and swarm. Most of the concepts in these just didn't feel fresh. Was an OK season
it's only been a year brother
Between season 1 and 2? It was like two or three years I thought
Really liked volume 3 one episode was a dud to me tho and that last one was bizarre af lol
best ones were Jibaro, three robots, and swarm
Swarm wasn’t hitting for me idk why that was the only one I didn’t like that much it was just meh to me
Huge step up from s2. In fact this season as a whole might be the most consistent season in terms of quality. Even the dumb little humorous episodes weren't as corny as they usually are.
That Bad Travelling episode is top tier
Jibaro was INSANE. Godly episode prolly top 3 of the whole show

Please ignore my dumbass bro, I was drunk af and didn’t even read your first post properly 💀 my bad

Been there homie it’s all good
I could be wrong, but isn’t there no predetermined order of episodes?
Yeah? I got Three Robots then Bad Traveling then Pulse then Night of the Mini. What about you?

The whole ep was amazing. My fave so far

Hmm. Same. Well, in the first season, everyone had a different order. My bad.

All good homie 🤙
This is such an inconsistent show lol, these episodes really ran the gamut.
My rankings…
9. Kill Team Kill (1/2 star) - Opens on a character pissing on the audience... Which is actually a perfect metaphor for the episode as a whole. Just the most obnoxious thing ever.
8. Swarm (1 star) - Rushed storytelling. A nonexistent ending. Characters we don’t care about. Some uncanny crustacean creatures, but to what effect?
7. Three Robots: Exit Strategies (1 and a half stars) - Diminishing returns. Preachy, and lame.
6. In Vaulted Hauls Entombed (2 stars) - Pretty standard fair here. This one does manage to be a little unnerving, with its Lovecraftian touches. Bad dialogue tho.
5. Mason’s Rats (2 & 1/2 stars) - Fine. Not entirely memorable, but it doesn’t overstay its welcome.
4. The Very Pulse Of The Machine (3 stars) - Interesting animation. Spiritual sci-fi that reminded me a bit of the movie Solaris. Not bad.
3. Night of the Mini Dead (3 & 1/2 stars) - This was cute. Short, but sweet.
2. Bad Traveling (4 & 1/2 stars) - David Fincher came to play. Suspenseful. Great protagonist. Scary creature. Smart writing. One of the shows best.
1. Jibaro (5 stars) - Wow. A complete mindfuck for the eyes and ears, encapsulating the sour sensory experience of an acid trip better than basically any media I’ve seen. Exhausting, effecting, unsettling… This is what the medium can be capable of when we have artists who wish to break the mold.
