Sir, she has been singing for 30+ years and she has yet to hit a vocal decline, her voice has only been getting better due to her technique. A vocalist is a person such as Barbra Streisand, Lisa Fisher, Mariah Carey, etc. They all have S rated vocal techniques.

If she was a bad or okay or mediocre vocalist, she would had already had a vocal decline but it just keeps getting better over time which is just a testimony to her vocal superiority
