This is the best episode IMO, the next episode would have Syd from Odd Future do a guest mix, right around the time they were about to blow up in 2010

For those that know Low End Theory club in LA, Flying Lotus played there and premiered albums, Knxwledge was there early on, Shlohmo, Odd Future did shows, Mac Miller came through, Thundercat, Thom Yorke even popped in and did a DJ set

Hands down my favorite era of music period

Even the OG venue is gone now. It's been sold twice and completely gutted and renovated. Sad.

I've never gone but when I heard the news I was like damn. That was basically the meeting place for that whole scene, wish it was still around
