Madonna has 13 albums. If 5 of them are mid/bad, that would be considered a horrible ratio for hip hop standards.

If Madonna was a rapper, her career would be trashed and people would be questioning her legend/GOAT status constantly.

I will say rappers deal with so much pressure it’s unreal. The mindframe of your average rap listener as you mentioned coupled with the fact that the entire album has to be completely written by you while also being entertaining (and generally clever). on top of that, she Had her time of making great, ambitious albums in the 80s, 90s, and even 2000's Music that, in my opinion, stand the test of time for anyone willing to revisit her work.
