the best she’s looked in a film thus far

Easily. From the first time we see her waking up and getting ready in the hotel room I was like “oh word?” Shoutouts to luca 😂

Yoooo when it started like that I knew we was in for a trip 🤣
going to c tomorrow. is it a pervertd movie?
I love the movie but yeah it is super erotic and h****erotic at some points, not that there’s anything wrong with it but just a heads up in case you’re going with someone who’s not into movies like this

Yea but nothing too graphic really.
my review from Letterboxd:
Let’s just get the negatives out the way before I start glazing.
1. Zendaya is not 30 years old with a kid and she can’t convince me of that at all so let’s stop there.
2. Pacing is all over the place here. I like the way the story is told SOMETIMES but there were moments of genuine confusion on where we are in the story, maybe on a rewatch it’ll be clearer
3. It’s too long… it just is.
Ok now onto the glazing. Luca… don’t ever doubt this man, he don’t miss! Slick, cool filmmaking. Beautiful to look at. I was weary of Mike Faist and Josh O’Connor but they kill it in this, they really. Zendaya is great as well (she’s just not convincing as a 30+yr old with a kid, that’s all). Love the story. I will say I expected more exploration of the queer part of the storyline but this film is nice and h**** (albeit could’ve taken it even further imo but I get it). All in all, I had a lot of fun with this and can’t wait to see it again.
I'd give it a 4/5

she still seems very young to me personally. like she's much more believable as the 18 year old Tashi. this is not to say I didn't enjoy her performance, I think I would've just preferred all the characters to be younger but this just nitpicking at this point.
