Honestly the real magic of this movie was the restraint.

I really enjoyed the movie. I thought Luca was on a downhill with his recent works but this one brought the feeling back. Also, this old man got audibly h**** at the beginning of the movie when zendaya showed up in the bra and underwear.

Yeah anything in Dolby has Dolby Vision so it’s 4k laser, it’s just as good as IMAX imo

Nah yeah this still a banger on second watch, the switching between different time places felt more smooth this time around. And stuff like the Atlanta opening made more sense too. A lot of it relies heavy on background imagery that if you’re not paying attention can be hard to lose track. I think I could see more how Tashi pulled strings from the start between Art and Patrick. Patrick admits himself he was never the type that a girl would want to marry. Arts devotion and adoration to Tashi was what she needed at that moment of loss, but overtime it grows into a patheticness that he heels to her every word. Only Patrick could bring any sort of drive from him. And I love the idea that it was planned from the beginning. Definitely my second favorite from this year so far
