personally when lucki dropped 4 everybody -> startstruck i thought it was his best music ever so IMO its not been what i wanted for a minute

but he deserves the mainstream attention with "song sequels" or whatever hes got a crazy discography and its fne i he rests on his laurels ofr a few projects IMO

for real. i saw somebody else say it on here about red key specifically, but he’s gotta change up the subject matter a little bit man..
and if he’s putting a bunch of mainstream feats on the project i think the beat selection and content is going to be even blander.

like some of the snippets from august-november last year were fire, and i feel like if it dropped then it would have been really good, but recent snippets sound way more uninspired.
idk if he just losing some of that hunger or what but i don’t think FLM gonna live up to the hype or even be as good as fw3/db4iii.
really hoping those tapes weren’t just a flash in the pan cuz bro been my favorite rapper since i was 16, but at the same time the older i get (21 now) i feel less relatability to his s***. idk bro.

same exact boat. been fw him since i was 14 and am 21 now as well. going through the discog u can see how the subject matter has digressed smh. the new sound was refreshing, but it's played out. i wanna see him start experimenting again

the only thing i'm conflicted on is seeing the growth within the 2 last year from the new sound. i'm happy to see it but it seems like he's gonna keep trying to appeal to all the fans that came from fw3

i remember he made a tweet a lil bit after fw3 saying a he'd do an alt trap 2 at some point. hope that comes to fruition. i shouldn't get my hopes up tho, he's in a completely different head space rn

the stuff hes been dropping hasnt been that top tier lucki but i still had my hopes up from when lucki was saying how he was making sure flm was the best or something like that f***
i thought empire didnt really bother their artists that much

honestly i think what splur said was right. he was done with it in march but he may have scrapped some tracks and changed a bunch of stuff. we shouldn’t be too critical tho. we’ll just have to see
