• better days was going to come out in 2018, drops days b4 ii as a teaser

• better days cancelled, starts mentioning FLM around summer18

• fw3 drops feb19, supposedly FLM dropping that summer

• db4iii drops oct19, says its a quick tape before the "hot s***" (FLM)

• almost there comes out may2020, another quick tape before FLM, says coming summer

• nothing all summer

• "FLM Complete" tweet october 25th, 2020

• 1 week after that he says the label making him add features, etc, so the album is pushed back again presumably

• TWIL drops dec2020, which is another quick ep, saying FLM coming soon again

• feb/march 2021 he starts teasing a DIFFERENT tape (wakeuplucki)

and here we are, april 16th, 2021, and yet another quick ep drops, still teasing FLM, saying the usual "Hot S*** Coming This Summer, My Loves...".

As a recent stan i think it’s interesting how’s he changed his sound so much in 4 yrs

Watch my back= his darkest and most alternative s***. Like if rocky, early uzi, and like bones had a baby. Personally i find this sound very interesting and wish he expounded on it in the following years when he had better funding for recording and production

Fw3 and db4= his d***ged out psychedelic trap s***. Some of his best songs come from these. Flows are infectious. Some of the beats are borderline otherworldly. Full of impressing bars and musically also very good.

Almost there and singles after= if ysl was like depressed lol. I enjoy this sound too so far. I like songs like tune and scotty and red key. Some of the others like chosen one weren’t it, and while these two new songs have impressive beats that’ll off that alone make me replay them a bunch...his flows aren’t as tight as stuff from the db4/fw3 or as chant worthy/visualist and honest as s*** from Wmb era
