I think I just love R&B too much and judge projects extra hard like I'm some type of reviewer especially when I think the potential is there but not the proper outcome

Maybe I'll play it through again before sharing my thoughts

Mmm. It's not...whack. I wouldn't call it that. I think he tried to do too much when he has the potential to just make a really solid record. Over is great, one of the standouts. When you listen to it maybe you'll feel me more idk

the best run of songs is 5-10 minus the interlude and intermission. Guess, Candy Drip, Deserve, Over are dope songs

idk what he was tryna do with the funky, Prince type vibe on the first few tracks but it didn't work for me

the rest is ok but nothing stood out, and it got really tiring with all the interludes/spoken word and vocal effects. idk man

that should sound incredible but i need Daniel to push that pen to match the production and vocals

i know when Ari was in the studio other people like B Cox were involved too, i wonder if it's the same with dvsn
