yeah i'm gonna go ahead and say this is my favorite music from Lucky. still can't really connect with a full length project (i f*** with that Table for Two EP) but this one right here has some really strong records.

    HERicane
    Algorithm
    Blame
    That's You
    Lemonade
    Diamonds in Teal

Teddy Swims and RAYE were great guests too. i'm def gonna give this a couple more spins and see how i'm feelin

  • That’s You still hitting

Mary and Blame are the ones

  • Jun 30, 2024

I’ve been playing this all weekend and I think I can say this might very well be his best project and above and beyond one of the most, if not, THE MOST well-produced R&B album of year so far.

  • d’emile is so nice on the bass drums and all the other instruments

his talent & taste level is luxury

he listens to all the great s*** you can tell prince hall & oates frank ocean toto jimi p-funk motown

Does he do all the guitar tracks ? there are no credits for this other than songwriting and producing.

This man has crazy versatility and it goes without saying Lucky as the artist

the dreamy reverb guitar chord interlude segues

Raye was given a nice feature

lemonade & those harmonies with that confident bass

F it, Mile and Lucky recreate live the Channel orange album on its anniversary , you know how hard Fronk fans would flip? They would go ballistic
    😎

sometimes threads don't get pinned if they're not a dedicated album thread, like this one

also there were just too many notable releases last week tbh, the channel tres thread was pinned then unpinned cause it was getting too long

  • Jul 3, 2024

why'd i just answer that like i have anything to do with pinning s***

i gotta relisten to this soon tho
