Lmfao get real this is capitalism
he's not saying LV is mad if a poor person buys their products. but when it comes to using dollars on marketing advertising etc, you have to have a target demographic of people you expect/want to buy your s***. if you as a ceo, see your company putting said money at advertising to the wrong demographic, you probably would offer advice on why not to do that/why that demographic isnt going to be the best return on investment

Obviously. And they do it for money unless the company is one with a f***ed up idea that they can push against social progress which can easily be a cover for "let's try to make more racist white people buy our s***" which is just more attempts at profit via circling a demographic they might think is bigger than the out-demographic
Y'all gotta read theory
Isn't it crazy how this dude single-handedly ushered in the worst ever fashion trend
fit girls showing off their asses in skin tight clothes?
you gay or sum?

i never denied this doesnt have to do with money. just that it makes sense for brands to choose who they want to market to.

you dont think he tried doing that to? did you read the story or just the headline?
He about to double down on what he said and lose half his customer base lmfao
good there are plenty of non white owned yoga pants brands and gym wear to support . The only want to get people interested in non white own brands is the ceo of white owned brands saying something stupid
you dont think he tried doing that to? did you read the story or just the headline?
Lulelemon is not pandering to poor or minorities or fatties. And there is no woke coup in there advertising department they already do what what he wants so what the f*** are you and him complaining about

no one f***ing said there is a woke coup. the entire chain of convo started with someone implying that the CEO has the right to/it is normal to tell the company who to market to. someone said that makes no sense, i simply said it does.

You literally just said he tried to influence advertising and they ignored him . And that he had to cry to some news outlet to enact change
I dont support it but I get it
Bring back gatekeeping
you dont think he tried doing that to? did you read the story or just the headline?
