Found a knot the size of a pea on bottom of my jaw, I’m scared af anyone ever have this. It’s a little hard and hurts just a bit when I push on it. I vape a fair amount and scared I could die at any point but I’m too shook to go to a doctor.

I wouldn't worry too much about it tbh, especially if it only hurts on touch. I'm not a doctor but I've had plenty of movable bumps that hurt a bit on touch that went away either hours later or the next day.

Go to the doctor. It could just be swollen lymph node or even a deeply ingrown hair. No need to be worried, but better to be safe than sorry.
