What’s the miss? Lasers? I would say Drogas Light is the miss and only because he purposely didn’t put much effort into it

yea Drogas Light shouldve been a compilation of unreleased songs or a lost tapes since it was mostly unreleased songs recorded between FL2 and T&Y.

Lyrically I loved this a lot but also with Drogas I feel like the production can get a bit uninteresting at times. I do miss when he had punchier beats.

Lupe himself is A1 though. He has one of my favorite flows in rap period and will always remain one of my favorite rappers of all time.

Tbh I went back and listened to F&L2 recently and that album is actually really good too. I think what messed it up is the expectations the title put on it. But removed from that, years later it’s pretty good.

Lupe with creative freedom is scary album wise
