it's also because they go through 3 different phases where they conduct multiple longitudinal studies that last periods of weeks, months or even years sometimes preceded by another phase where they test it on animals
They last years cause administrations take a long ass time to greenlight it since they dont give af about it

Genius IdiotYou said a whole lotta nothing. Rushing a vaccine theoretically doesn’t lead to more side effects as almost every vacine works about the same way. Rushing medications leads to unnoticed adverse events but rushing a vaccine can lead to a lack of effcacy and short lived antibodies
