Let me educate some of you youngins... back In 2013.. Lupe was going to drop a whole album titled Black Vietnam.. all produced by S1 (Producer of Power).

It's to my knowledge that Lupe intended to have Kanye featured on one of the songs for the project.. and that they worked on it during the time Lupe helped out with Yeezus and Black Skinhead.

"One album that a lot of people are looking forward to is the Black Vietnam project that is a collaborative album between you and Lupe Fiasco. Can you share any details about the studio sessions for that project or what we can expect to hear when it is released?

Black Vietnam is a group that Lupe and I started together. It was inspired by a text I sent to Lupe which said, “Yoo we should do a whole album or project together”. He texted me back, “Hit me ASAP”. It was that long call where we mapped out the whole concept of the album and group concept. We already have joints put back for the project but since his solo album Tetsuo & Youth comes out January 20th, that was the priority. Shortly after we will dive completely into the group project."
