Tbh I haven't watched any anime or read any mange of this but I saw this trailer and it def peaked my interest. Doubt I'll be able to see it in theatres here though.

The upcoming English language dub film will feature the voices of Tony Oliver, Doug Erholtz, Michelle Ruff, Richard Epcar, and Lex Lang returning to their roles within the franchise, and Laurie C. Hymes, J. David Brimmer, and Paul Guyet joining the cast for this latest adventure.

Not sure im digging this being in CG... Same director as the recent CG dragon quest movie, which looked cool, so who knows

“Lupin III: The First” Comes to Theaters on October 18 and 21

GKIDS, the acclaimed distributor of multiple Academy Award®-nominated animated features, with TMS Entertainment and Fathom Events announced today that they will bring LUPIN III: THE FIRST, the latest standalone adventure in the storied “LUPIN THE 3RD” franchise, to select cinemas nationwide for two nights only, on October 18th and 21st. Fans who are looking forward to viewing the film at home can also anticipate the film arriving to home entertainment platforms later this year, with a date to be announced shortly.

GKIDS and Fathom Events will present LUPIN III: THE FIRST on Sunday, October 18 (English dubbed) and Wednesday, October 21 (English subtitled). GKIDS will open the feature theatrically in select markets starting October 23. At Fathom Events screenings, in addition to the full feature, audiences will view a special intro with director Takashi Yamazaki. Tickets are available now at LupinIIITheFirst.com and participating theater box offices.
