Actually interested in if he says anything other than “CDs died and we needed money to make up for that” lol
YouTube had a subscription before he joined
It’s some new s*** where they ask you to join even after you subscribed. Like I guess you gotta pay on some patreon type s*** for exclusive content

Lyor got there at 2016. Channel memberships debuted 2 years later in 2018.

Lyor is one of those guys I never imagined doing anything outside of the Music industry bc nobody really knows his story
or at least I never looked into it
people make him out to be a villain but he knows business
I just think a lot of artists don't understand how s*** works before they sign a contract
Actually interested in if he says anything other than “CDs died and we needed money to make up for that” lol
It's been around since the early 00s
Anyone watch? What he say about Thug?
he said "free YSL, f*** the other side" and wiped his nose
why?
bc rappers don't like him?
Yes ? We see how bad 360 deals are. Plus they were created as reaction to Dame having the upper hand on him in his own industry

He definitely knows business and has made significant contributions to hip hop. You got to somewhat respect it.
But some of his policies and decisions have taken advantage and even hurt artists. His approach and attitude on certain things also turns alot of people off.
He's a polarizing figure.
