If the feds are setting up a secret operation to trap a serial killer they not just telling some random employee selling gift merch or whatever low paid job he’s working at

They would just say “we’re just making sure the place is secure due to high profile names performing tonight”

Hopefully this is good. But I wish M Night found better ways to execute his ideas. Using some random stadium employee as a plot device to inform the serial killer “hey this is the feds plan” is more reasons of why he’s a mediocre writer.
