Hes good, and is a lot more creative musically than a lot of rappers, but he never really spit a verse that was top level to me.

Even the "best white rapper" thing people try to say is a slight reach to me with all due respect to his talent and memory.

But no hes not anywhere near Jay Z in terms of rap talent or classic albums imo.
