@Codeine_Cowboy you won
big keep
thought things were perhaps starting to go the right direction again after trippie dropped that saint michael ep but apparently i was terribly wrong
what a waste of potential that guy is, trippie will never fail to piss me off and disappoint me with some of his career moves
I would rather just hear them have a private conversation. What do you think that would sound like

I really really fwād the Saint Michael EP, honestly best thing heās dropped in years but never got round to checking out V2 of it
I saw he added like another 10 tracks on to it (literally no need he always bloats the f*** out of his projects with 0 quality control), is V2 worth spinning?

i checked it out, it had some decent songs but unfortunately some totally unnecessary filler as wellā¦. what i liked about the first 7 songs is that they were pretty much all fire and not some throwaways/filler that always appear on trippieās projects since like allty3
i really liked rbdg and sdwl, those are great songsā¦. and snail shells and trippiesuave were fire to me but both are so short and kinda felt like throwaways/unfinished in a way
but as you said, there was definitely no need to slap another 10 tracks onto it, i feel the same way
i agree that quality control really is by far trippieās biggest liability, i feel like he couldāve been in a totally different position today if he had some creative direction and most importantly someone who would say no and stop him from bloating his albums with so much filler
i mean heās still doing pretty fine commercially but eh you get what i meanā¦. couldāve been possibly up there or more like right behind carti and uzi if he moved more smart imoā¦. there definitely was potential and he got the range

Facts, I enjoyed V1 so much because it really was all killer no filler which is rare from him these days
Iāll peep V2 before this projects drops for sure
