madlib got a vault full of beats he has hella obscure and random samples from foreign countries on bc he is a deep crate digger, and I think that when making music with his beats sometimes he genuinely has no idea what was sampled or how to contact them. so these songs cannot be released. That is what happened with Logic after he tried to do his own Madlib collab album, he basically just had to start over and do sessions with Madlib. If Mac got those type of beats and never had the chance to re make the songs, then we will never get an official streaming release.
