The difference being these are all finished/closed to finished works that Mac was doing prior to his passing.

Unlike rappers like X and Pop who ppl had to deal with ideas that weren’t fully realized before they died so the estate is left scrambling trying to profit off scraps.

Mac Miller had a damn good work ethic. You can tell just by how involved he was on his friends projects. So I’m not surprised bro got like hella albums in his vaults.

It always saddens me when I look back at him dyin cause I wasnt feeling him at first until later on with divine feminine. But dude played a major part in the development of my favorite rappers ever (vince staples, outro is top 5 vince) and for that, he’ll always be one of the dopest white boys we ever had in hip hop.

Wasn’t the Jesus LP I can’t remember the title but it had a cover of a shorty on it. But you should def listen to bad neighbor super slept on. Some of Blu’s best verse and Madlib’s production is great. Not to mention a DOOM verse

The mixing was so bad but I remember f***in wit a couple joints. Some that were on BN and some that weren’t. To this day I don’t get why his mixes would be so trash even if they were intentional lol it’s was only 10+ years ago wasn’t like it was the 90s
