No, but her singing/tone is. You hear her and immediately think of Sade. She wears that influence on her sleeve. Nothing wrong with it but her songs feel more like demos than actual songs because the echo effect on her vocals is always dialed up to 1000 and the production she sings over is always bare-boned. She's done just that for 3 consecutive songs now. She should try some other s*** on her album, is all I'm saying.

People have the assumption that Drake promised them to be superstars. In reality all OVO artists probably just want to have a comfortable live making the music they want to make. To me it looks like OVO sound makes that possible for them.
