    America is a failed experiment

The kids just got off a year of a disastrous online learning experience and this is how the teachers are acting

America is a successful experiment. Everything happening was planned to happen.

Because billionaires hold more power in the government than the normal person, and they want more money going into subsidies and defense spending and less into things like social services and education so people stay dumb and dependent

It be looking like all ts is goin by design but coming to and accepting that conclusion is sad as hell.

2022 defense budget ask is $752b, them boys can let go 1% to fix schools dawg

Itโ€™s absolutely by design, and asking nicely wonโ€™t make these people budge.

We must oppose them on electoral platforms, in the workplace, and on the street if we must. Support strikers, vote in young progressives to your local office, and work to organize in your workplace to combat the things your company presses upon you that you donโ€™t like

Itโ€™s just fun entertainment man. People these days want to normalize and empower women stripping naked n p**** popping for bills stuffed in their ass crack

But god forbid some teachers have some fun and put on a lil show for their students and have a good time

What would be more fun is transferring the taxpayer money subsidizing that hockey team to finance these underfunded schools but thatโ€™s just me!

it is impossible to earn that much wealth without exploitation. There is simply nothing you can produce by yourself that's worth a billion dollars (let alone a hundred billion). Billionaires only get wealth in one of two ways: they inherit it from parents (thus not earning it by any merit except accident of birth); or they take profits from the workforce they employ to run their businesses (thus not earning it by any merit except exploitation of property relations in capitalism).

Moreover, everything a billionaire "creates" is done within the context of global society. Workers mine or extract raw materials, workers refine the raw materials, workers transport everything, then workers create whatever product is being sold, then workers transport the product and deliver it to other people who purchase it. All the while, capitalists who do no work harvest profit at every step.

Bill Gates does not build computers or develop software. Jeff Bezos doesn't do anything on the tech side for Amazon, and he's certainly not delivering packages. Elon Musk doesn't build cars or do any engineering. They get other people to do that stuff for them, and then they take profits off the top that should go to the workers who did the labor.

That money should already be allocated to schools and teacher pay in the first place, bozo.

Instead we're increasing the defense budget even after leaving Afghanistan

what if america gets invaded? defence budget is proactive

most schools don't pay for classroom supplies so teachers usually pay for it themselves.

And that's if the parents don't donate to the classroom supply list.

Hes right. Most people think we are a first world country because of the presence of luxuries and amenities like home appliances, Wi-Fi, technology, etc.

The reality is that we still lack, in a majority of the country, a lack of widespread access to affordable, essential, and reliable social services like healthcare, utilities, education, infrastructure, you name it.

    • there hasnโ€™t been a land invasion of the US in 200 years
    • we spend more money on our army than every nation in the world
    • we spend more money on our POLICE than every nation in the world spends on their ARMY except China
    • we have 662 overseas military bases
    • neither the Chinese nor Russians have any capability where theyโ€™d be able to launch a successful land invasion of the US, let alone local countries

This is a baseless excuse that is pushed by the DOD to justify more money which in turn is wasted on an armed force that does nothing but bomb farmers these days
