every state has different laws. america is bigger than the EU so think of how diverse the EU is and the difference in laws. there are some decisions some states have. like think about your ability to carry a weapon in london versus switzerland. some areas in america it is easy to get a gun but where i live it’s so hard to a gun most people i know give up. some states allow the death penalty where i live it doesn’t exist
