MalakasRead the article guys, realize this wasn't a guy who bought up houses and apartments to rent them out, he was just renting out a room in his own home. Guy who worked his whole life and retired to focus on his passion. Love how easy it is to dehumanize a person solely from a "label" in the title of the article about his death.

id bet that serious reforms like expanding section 8 or Vento grants could quadruple that impact within 3-4 years. especially considering the homeless only make up ~0.2% of the US population.
all of these reforms have been advocated for by politicians/activists. pretty sure none of them involve literally beheading random people with swords
