I have to agree with this tweet

Even though I like Gunn’s comic book movies, I’m still not convinced that he’s the guy to build your cinematic universe. That takes a different skill. Though I’d imagine we would’ve gotten a new Batman movie by now if it wasn’t for The Batman part 2. Still, the phase 1 of this cinematic universe seems a bit dry

I doubt it. They still haven’t written a script, chosen a director, or cast Batman for the DCU film yet. Seems like they’re waiting for The Batman part 2 to come out first
