szoboszlai is pretty much another CAM hence why the havertz and mount comparison, cant lie that im surprised at this transfer especially after signing mac allister, thought a classic 6 or 8 would be next on the list

wasn’t really sold on mac allister but i dont mind him at all for that price, i believe he’s gonna fit well with his high workrate - with szoboszlai im over the moon though thats a different story though im really hyped

but yeah maybe my comparison wasn’t the best since mount and szoboszlai are totally different set of players, united will be much better off with mount instead of someone like szoboszlai, mount vs mac allister would be a better comparison if i was to make one (then id probably prefer mount tbh but mac allister seems like the better deal given the price - both seem that they could fit their teams respective systems well though)

bruh, carvalho was 19, nobody sane was hyping him up as a starter with immediate effect or something, you cant even possibly compare him with szoboszlai who’s pretty established in bundesliga at this point, carvalho had one season in championship with fulham and came for pennies

carvalho’s got time i believe it will work out, just look how amad did on loan last season, or even pellistri improved a lot - this could easily be the same case

keita would be a far better comparison than carvalho given the sum and the fact that he’s coming from leipzig but hopefully it won’t be the case
