1. Actively really want to leave; and
2. Are in the price range for the clubs shopping.

Our only departures fall into those two provisos. Examples:

1: Smalling; Lukaku; Blind
2: Pereira; James; Schneiderlin

Guys like Maguire and McTominay will be happy to stick around for a while yet. Guys like Bailly, Telles, even Fred etc. will struggle to find clubs willing to match our transfer valuation and the players salary
