I rate it, he didn't want to go to Chelsea and it was really only United that could take him in England. Real are focused on Mbappe, Barca have Lewa. Nowhere to go except Bayern. PSG is worse than Bayern. He could've waited 1 year and to see if anything changes in 2024 and go on a free to an English team but thats a year wasted and it wouldn't sit right with Spurs/Levy who likely would not let it happen. Really Bayern was the only option. They'll be in the UCL hunt, Kane is good enough to make them contenders now.

My top 4 predictions:

1- City: It's City

2- Liverpool: Provided they manage to stop being such a sieve defensively, they have the highest celing out of any PL club imo. Attack is so class and a Mac Allister - Szoboszlai - Caicedo midfield is nothing to bristle at.

3- Arsenal: They have quality but I don't think they're mentally equipped for another title race. Arteta doesn't move me much outside of his Guardiola impression mode.

4- United: Clearly improved but they've still got a long way to go. Goal scoring not reliable except for Rashford and they've got both a lower ceiling and floor than some of the other teams swarming around them. They were a bit lucky to finish 3rd last year, they ranked 6th in xG and GD differentials and that's with Pool, Chelsea and Tottenham all having down years.

As for the UCL I truly don't see Madrid winning it again. As things stand they don't have a proper 9 or a GK (both positions were instrumental in their last UCL win lol). Probably City again or Bayern.

My predictions for other major european leagues:

La Liga: Barca
Serie A: Inter
Bundesliga: Bayern although with Kane landing there it would be so funny if Dortmund got it lol

Ballon D'Or: Messi (if it was up to me it would be between him and Rodri)
