Fernandes and Rashford are very similar players in that sense. Very very rarely will either of them be a MOTM or have a top quality general performance; it’ll be a game where they’ve scored or assisted a few and everyone gasses that

Don’t agree, Bruno can have games in which he’s dominant in midfield without having scored or assisted, especially when he’s playing deeper. Doesn’t happen super often, but it happens. Rashford on the other hand has never had a good performance in which he didn’t score a goal.

Ngl his attitude yesterday was terrible, felt bad for Reguilon trying his hardest but having no backup down the left.

Martial cannot ever be trusted, Rashford might be “shit” without goals and assists but at least he has them

Eriksen is underhated

I'm never gonna hate him for coming back from what happened to him, plus the 2/3rds of a season he gave us last year pre-injury was very good, made all the more better by the fact he didn't cost us anything.

But with all our midfield options healthy and given what he's been since the injury, he shouldn't see the pitch for us again.

I think Eriksen is meady but of all our options he is the one who resembles closest to an actual no.8. Such a sad case of events. I cant believe there was a time period where we could’ve had Frenkie de Jong, man

How did pellistri look yesterday? He didn’t pop up in the 15 min highlights I watched. So I assume he was quiet.

I don’t see where people get this 2/3rd of a good season from? He was pretty decent against some low table teams after his (our) horrendous start, almost cost us that Arsenal home game, was absolutely horrendous in the City away game, then when he was injured we went on our best run last season beating the likes of Newcastle, City and Barcelona (also that great game against Spurs earlier) with Fred in the XI. Then the moment he came back we lost away at Arsenal (basically because of him) and then he started in that 7-0 defeat and almost single-handedly cost us the FA cup final. I know everybody played s*** in those trashings, but one of the main reasons we conceded so many is because of having a pivot midfielder that doesn’t track back at all. It’s not a coincidence that we’ve started to concede this many goals again as soon as Eriksen is back in the starting XI.

Our option are Eriksen and McTominay, both barely resemble footballers

He was pretty much anonymous against Davies, can’t really blame him but he doesn’t seem to be ready for this stage yet.

Didn't do an awful lot tbh, looks a bit lost at this level which is somewhat understandable when he doesn't play that much.
