allegri wouldn't be a fan favorite forsure because his style of play is similar to mourinho. the fans gave mourinho stick for how "boring" he played.
He is disgustingly boring have you seen Spurs this year? They’re a small enough team where fans just want trophies and don’t care how it comes, but it’s the reason he didn’t work out here. Never got the tactics to be sexy enough to overcome mediocre results. Don’t get me wrong he’s my favorite manager out there, just you can’t have 25% possession every game which is what he’s doing at Spurs and be a success at United winning like that.
How are we all feeling towards the clash between City?
Knowing how Ole United perform they’ll go and beat them

Take Bielsa and Kalvin Philips from them
Next PL fixtures
City (home)
Sheffield (away)
Leeds (home)
Leeds probably the most dangerous game there. That team shows up

Mourinho actually got a s*** load of support from the fans. Even when things were sour, those matchgoers still loved him and would chant his name. Our fans are (probably too) supportive of managers. We still have that unwavering loyalty that’s been embedded in us from SAF’s era.
We need to become like Chelsea and Madrid and see managers as the commodities they are. Shelf life of a manager is mostly anywhere from 2 to 4 years at the top level.
Also, we can’t really complain about prospective managers playing defensive football when it is all Solskjaer does too.
5 at the back with McTominay and Matic/Fred pivot in virtually every big game, low block/set to counter and never control the tempo of a game, Williams almost always one of the subs in those games etc.
I f***ing love listening to games with stadium sound. can hear every single instruction from ole/pep and get to see who is vocal on the pitch
