yes its 'easier' to sack him perhaps. but he's had enough time to build a team, instil some type of playing style, and build out the right internal structure. he hasn't done those things.

Because like i explained to KOP, it's not the managers responsibility to lay out a transfer strategy, to do recruitment, to make smart financial decisions, to get the players in who are good and get the players out who are bad.
