The coach should just be a good coach and the DoF/scouting department needs to find cheap talent. Players need to be made expendable and you have a healthy amount of player turnover around a solid core of players.

I was wondering if he'd be our Coutinho the other day tbf, like it seems ridiculous to sell him but if the money comes in and we have a DoF/generally better recruitment it could work out.
