So the only clubs xG rightly predicted are: Man City, Arsenal, Brighton, Bournemouth and Fulham?

Seems like it. I don’t put much stock in xG but I do find it interesting
Excellent article here: https://www.skysports.com/football/story-telling/15115/13041388/sir-dave-brailsford-how-the-cycling-guru-will-approach-his-new-role-at-man-utd
100% ETH is gone by May is my takeaway.
Yep. If it is potter lord help us all

yeah. I trust this Brailsford guy tho.
I don't get what's going on with all the other positions that are allegedly being hired like Mitchel ashworth jean Claude blanc etc. seems like too many chefs in the kitchen.

Basically Brailsford is the CEO reporting to the owner of the company (Ratcliffe) then you got your financial expert and director: Jean Claude, your recruitment expert and director: Paul Mitchell and finally your internal high performance sports culture manager: Dan Ashworth
And until now Erik was required (just like all previous managers) to basically steer all of these ships while managing the team

1 too many.
Ten Hag will answer to the ICC for war crimes when his tenure is over
Feel like we should put a buy back clause for any of our academy players post-Pogba.
Yep. If it is potter lord help us all
We're so finished if it's Potter, may as well keep Haggy on until they find somebody better.
If Potter is being lined up I’d rather stick with Hag and see what he can do under a proper football structure

Nah let's just give Lindelof a new contract instead
so really we're a bottom 5 team but ten hag is dragging us to top 8
my manager

Feel like you shouldnt use xg as a metric like that I know it means expected goals but if you wanna draw real conclusions out of it it should be seen more as a metric for how frequent a team gets into dangerous situations and how well the players use these chances.
Worst s*** is obviously having high xg and low goals. Best is high xg and high goals. Etc. Or what do you think?
No way we extended Mejbri Lindelof and AWB contracts and are looking to extend Martial and Varane's
Ratcliffe and his bald right hand better have some selling strategy or we're cooked

Ratcliffe is awaiting an almost 2 month long Premier League verification process to be truly allowed to make decisions on behalf of the club. Meaning he can’t build the team under him yet nor start any new recruitment policy.
There is simply no time to a***yse the team within this January transfer window with so little in place so he naturally will look for minimal effort signings and extensions. Coupled with the horrible FFP regulation restrictions cus of the little to no cash in United’s bank account
The summer transfer window will be his first shot at it

in FM I always extend those f***ers so they don't leave on a freebie and then I sell em in the 2024 summer window.

Sounds like another game of 6 month loan Bingo is coming

We sold him for £1m btw
But but he doesn’t get his targets
Said for f***ing ages he was a consistent bullshitter pulling the strings and got flamed for it
Feel so vindicated about that bald twat now
